Circuit Training

Women's Training at Gym Circuit training is a full body conditioning or resistance training routine that using high-intensity aerobics movement to help a person reach their fitness goal. Circuit training geared towards strength building and muscular endurance.

A “circuit” is one completion of all the exercises in the workout program “routine”, when you have completed circuit you will begins at the first exercise again for the next circuit. Nor ally, there is a set time between each exercise in the circuit this is often a very short time period with rapid/explosive movement to the next exercise in the circuit. Like all other forms of training circuit training has its own set of unique benefits.
